Fees

  • Cleaning Fee per stay:  $160

  • Taxes: 12.275%

Payment Schedule

100% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

  • 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

  • 0% refundable if canceled after.


​Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of $400 will be held on your credit card.
