As managing members of this LLC, we’re thrilled to share our little mountain gem with guests who love adventure, good vibes, and a splash of Colorado magic. We officially opened our doors in 2025, and from day one, it’s been all about creating a fun, cozy spot where guests can kick back and make great memories.
Why did we choose this property? Well, it’s all about the location! Breckenridge is an absolute mountain paradise with something for everyone — whether you’re here for skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or just soaking up the charming town. Plus, being part of this lively community is a real treat — we’re lucky to be part of the fun!

The best part? Its prime location, hands down! Everything we love — epic mountain views, tasty eateries, quirky shops, and unforgettable adventures — is just a walk away. Plus, this condo offers quick and easy access to all four seasons of fun, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.
A favorite secret spot is just a quick stroll from the condo — the Blue River! There’s a big, comfy sitting boulder where you can chill, listen to the rushing water, or get lost in a good book. It’s a peaceful little escape in the middle of the mountain buzz.
And speaking of fun, meet Moosie — the moose footrest! Named for the wild Northwoods creatures, Moosie has become our mascot and a favorite companion. We hope you enjoy his goofy charm as much as we do!
